Our space was built to redefine what a gym membership can be. Lux Lift seamlessly blends elite 1:1 coaching, thoughtfully programmed small-group training, and limited-access open gym memberships into one cohesive experience. Every detail — from our curated class sizes to our premium equipment and personalized coaching approach — is designed to support long-term progress in an environment that feels both motivating and elevated.
The vision behind Lux Lift came from recognizing a gap in the fitness industry: the lack of spaces that prioritize results without sacrificing privacy, quality, or atmosphere. With over 6 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Clarissa has built a reputation for her disciplined approach and client-centered results. A graduate of San Jose State University with a degree in Business and Entrepreneurship, she combines business knowledge with a deep understanding of the fitness world.

Lux Athlete Training
Performance-based training that blends strength, athletic movement, and conditioning. This class focuses on power, agility, and total-body strength to help you move better, train harder, and feel more capable inside and outside the gym.
KnockOut
A boxing-inspired conditioning class combining cardio, core work, and functional strength. Expect fast-paced rounds that challenge endurance, coordination, and mental toughness — no experience required.
The Upper Edit
A refined upper-body and core strength class focused on sculpting, stability, and control. Expect intentional strength work for the arms, shoulders, back, and core, paired with form-focused movements designed to build definition, posture, and total-body balance.
