Our Paid-In-Full training packages are designed for clients who are serious about consistency, results, and long-term progress.
Each package includes one-on-one personal training in a private, luxury facility with limited membership, ensuring focused sessions, minimal distractions, and a premium coaching experience. Training is fully customized to your goals, fitness level, and schedule — whether your focus is fat loss, strength, muscle building, or overall performance.
Paid-in-full packages offer the best value per session and are ideal for clients who want to commit upfront, stay accountable, and lock in their rate while availability remains limited.
Packages are valid for a set duration and sessions must be used within the allotted time frame.

EFT/Monthly

Our EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) monthly training options provide structure, consistency, and flexibility through recurring monthly billing.
This option is ideal for clients who prefer a steady training routine without paying in full upfront. You’ll receive the same private, high-touch coaching experience in a boutique environment, with sessions scheduled weekly based on your selected plan.
Monthly EFT training helps build momentum, accountability, and long-term habits while maintaining predictable pricing and priority scheduling.
Rates are subject to change as availability fills. Active clients may retain their rate while enrolled.
