These sessions function as drop-in small group training, but with a premium coaching experience. Every workout is led by an experienced coach who prioritizes proper form, intensity, and results — ensuring you’re pushed safely and effectively every time you train.
Groups are kept intentionally small so coaches can provide real-time guidance, corrections, and motivation throughout the session. This option is ideal for clients with variable schedules who still want structure, accountability, and quality coaching.
Because paid-in-full packages offer extended flexibility, sessions expire 60 days from purchase, which reflects the added availability and scheduling freedom.

Our EFT monthly small group training memberships are built for clients who want maximum results, accountability, and value.
This is more than a drop-in class — it’s a structured, coached training program designed to keep you consistent and progressing. You’ll train in a small group setting with expert coaching, intentional programming, and workouts that challenge you week after week.
EFT memberships operate on a 3-month minimum commitment, which allows us to program effectively, track progress accurately, and create real momentum toward your goals.
